About me

I am a hands-on Project Manager and designer with over 12 years of experience shaping commercial multifamily environments. My work spans commercial multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and residential developments, with a primary focus on housing that is both financially viable and thoughtfully designed.

With a background in psychology from the University of Wyoming, I approach architecture through an understanding of how people experience space—how it functions, feels, and supports everyday life.

I have worked extensively on developments financed through HUD 221(d)(4), 4% bond, and 9% tax credit programs, navigating the intersection of design, policy, and feasibility. I lead projects from early concept through construction, coordinating with owners, contractors, municipalities, lenders, consultants, and design teams to bring ideas into built form.

My work is driven by a balance of clarity, collaboration, and the belief that constraints—when approached thoughtfully—can lead to stronger, more meaningful design.
